About the role
This senior leadership position is based in the United States and reports to executive stakeholders. You will shape the ERP strategy and drive enterprise application transformation across finance, supply chain, legal, tax, and internal audit functions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi‑year roadmap for ERP and business applications.
- Establish governance frameworks for ERP lifecycle, integrations, master data, and change management.
- Oversee platforms such as SAP ECC, NetSuite, Concur, Ariba and ensure their reliability, scalability, and compliance.
- Lead large‑scale ERP modernization initiatives and phased implementations of next‑generation solutions.
- Partner with Finance, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, Legal and external auditors to meet SOX and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor, systems‑integrator and managed‑service relationships.
- Guide solution architecture, development, QA, testing and production support teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT and ERP leadership.
- Extensive experience leading SAP ECC environments, including SAP FICO and MM modules.
- Proven track record in ERP governance, architecture and large‑scale transformation.
