Director of Facilities Management

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a strategic leader to oversee all aspects of facilities management for its clinic network. The Director will guide construction, space planning, lease administration, environmental health and safety, budgeting, and vendor relationships across the main campus and additional locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and coordination of facilities planning, development, and management to ensure cost‑efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive facilities Master Plan, supporting strategic land acquisition, real‑estate development, and space utilization.
• Oversee day‑to‑day facilities operations, staff supervision, and vendor management, ensuring compliance with safety, ADA, hazardous waste, and code requirements.
• Lead energy‑efficiency and sustainability initiatives across all facilities.
• Manage physical security, environmental conditions, and workplace safety in partnership with clinical leadership.
• Prepare disaster and contingency plans based on identified risks.
• Administer leases for the entire organization and provide consultation to other clinic administrators.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for facilities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in facilities, construction, or real‑estate management.
• Strong background in lease administration, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of environmental health and safety, ADA compliance, and disaster planning.
• Ability to develop and execute long‑term facilities master plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support multiple clinic locations.
