About the role
The Director of Facilities Management leads all administrative and management functions related to facility planning, construction, operations, and overall management for the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture. Reporting directly to the Senior Associate Vice President for Agriculture – Extension, this senior position ensures a safe, secure, and efficiently operated campus environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a safe work environment and oversee all safety matters for buildings, grounds, and personnel.
- Administer the building security camera system and employee ID badge system.
- Maintain and manage the key lock system for all facilities.
- Coordinate facility planning, construction projects, and ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with university departments and external partners to support facility needs.
