About the role

The University of Arkansas, a top‑ranked land‑grant institution, is seeking a Director of Eligibility & Certification to lead its athletics compliance function. This senior position will be responsible for overseeing the eligibility and certification processes that ensure all student‑athletes meet university, conference and NCAA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage eligibility and certification activities for the university’s athletics programs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies and deadlines.
• Coordinate with coaches, staff and external bodies to resolve eligibility issues.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in athletics compliance or a related regulatory role.
• Strong understanding of eligibility rules and certification procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
