Director of Customer Success

About the role

The Director of Customer Success will own the strategic relationship with health system and payer customers, acting as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders. You will guide adoption of Mytonomy Cloud for Healthcare, drive measurable outcomes, and expand the company’s footprint within each account.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the executive point of contact for assigned health system and payer accounts, building strong relationships with CIOs, CNOs, CMIOs, and Chief Digital Officers.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value, identify expansion opportunities, and align executive stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account strategies that align with clinical and operational priorities, monitoring health and addressing adoption or retention risks.
• Present data‑driven ROI analyses and success metrics such as patient engagement, satisfaction, and clinical adoption.
• Collaborate with product teams to convey customer insights and influence enhancements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Policy, Health Informatics, or equivalent experience.
• 5‑7+ years of customer success or account management experience in healthcare, with a proven record of managing complex health system or payer accounts at the executive level.
• Strong knowledge of Epic EHR workflows; Epic implementation or integration experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for executive presentations and strategic documentation.
