Director of Client Strategy & Success

About the role

Two Circles is seeking a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end relationship with a portfolio of North American clients. Reporting to senior Client Success leadership, you will drive retention, growth, and strategic value for our sports and entertainment customers.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and coach a team of 4‑5 Client Success Managers covering 30‑40% of the North American client base.
• Oversee the full client lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Develop long‑term relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with our software and services.
• Monitor account health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Solutions to translate client insights into product roadmap and service improvements.
• Act as the senior internal voice of the client, synthesising feedback and trends.
• Partner with Marketing and Business Development to showcase strategic client success stories.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in client success, account management, or customer experience.
• Track record of managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise‑level clients, preferably in the sports, entertainment, or SaaS sectors.
• Strong ability to set team priorities, develop talent, and deliver best‑in‑class outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with senior client and internal stakeholders.
