Director of Client Services – North America (Remote)

About the role

Virtasant is seeking a senior leader to own delivery for strategic client accounts across North America. The role is fully remote, with occasional client visits, and focuses on turning commitments into results, building trust with C‑level stakeholders, and expanding the firm’s footprint through high‑quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex enterprise consulting engagements from kickoff through execution and long‑term growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VP‑ and C‑level clients, cultivating trusted relationships.
• Unblock delivery issues, manage risk, and keep projects aligned with agreed outcomes.
• Develop and execute account strategies and growth plans that align with client goals and Virtasant objectives.
• Identify expansion opportunities, navigate client organizations, and secure follow‑on work.
• Coach delivery and account teams to ensure alignment, growth, and sustained success.
• Oversee account operations including SOWs, forecasting, procurement, invoicing, and staffing.
• Translate technical strategy into business outcomes, bridging delivery teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, leading complex technology delivery in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of growing accounts through delivery excellence and relationship building.
• Comfortable in fast‑moving, lean settings and able to wear multiple hats.
• Credible with both executives and engineers, able to keep both sides aligned.
• Experience managing account financials, contracts, delivery teams, and internal operations.
• Hands‑on leader who rolls up sleeves and leads from the front.
