Director of Client Services

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead its client‑service function in Orlando. The role is responsible for executing the company’s growth strategy, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving new business development across the real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, handling feedback, complaints, and requests promptly.
• Lead initiatives to acquire new business, identify prospects, prepare proposals and close transactions.
• Provide input on annual goals and budgets for the client services group, projecting fees and tracking performance.
• Monitor market trends, analyze opportunities and threats, and advise senior management on strategic actions.
• Establish internal communication networks and client relationship management systems to ensure information flow.
• Develop and distribute client‑facing materials such as brochures, promotional literature and other collateral.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in client services or account management, preferably within real‑estate or property‑management sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Demonstrated success in new‑business development and market analysis.
• Strategic mindset with experience contributing to budgeting and forecasting.
• Leadership capability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive initiatives.
