About the role

Director, Memory Technology Roadmap at Applied Materials, leading the development of memory device strategies and integration for DRAM and 3D NAND technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers’ memory device technical roadmap and identify key technical challenges in DRAM and/or 3D NAND development.
• Develop and articulate strategies to meet business objectives, manage the product portfolio, and drive market analysis and growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience working with DRAM or 3D NAND devices or related areas.
• DRAM/3D NAND integration experience preferred and recognized as a technical expert in memory technology.
