Director, Integrated Business Planning CoE

About the role

The Director of the Integrated Business Planning Center of Excellence (IBP CoE) leads the definition, implementation and continuous evolution of the Beer Division’s IBP operating model. This senior position ensures that planning processes deliver a single source of truth, drive decision quality and create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the IBP “North Star”, aligning the initiative roadmap and maturity progression across demand, supply, finance integration, governance and technology.
• Identify end‑to‑end value opportunities within the Beer Division, classifying capability gaps and measuring impact on forecast quality and financial alignment.
• Establish and maintain IBP standards and best practices to ensure consistent ways of working across all planning functions.
• Develop, govern and prioritize the IBP initiative roadmap, focusing on high‑value, scalable solutions.
• Own the IBP Process Health Check and Process Maturity Assessment, driving continuous improvement and measurable gains in planning effectiveness.
• Lead change management and influence executive and junior stakeholders to embed IBP as the core operating model.
• Track success metrics such as revenue growth, cost reduction, EBIT margin, working capital exposure and IBP maturity scores.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in integrated business planning, supply chain or finance transformation.
• Strong track record of defining and executing large‑scale operating model initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
