Director, Global Merchandising – Blue Tab

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a visionary leader to drive the global merchandising strategy for its premium Blue Tab line. You will shape product vision, translate consumer insights into compelling assortments, and lead a cross‑functional team to elevate the brand’s denim lifestyle offering.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global product vision and category strategy aligned with brand priorities.
• Lead long‑range planning, seasonal merchandising frameworks, and assortment strategy across markets.
• Own product development from concept through launch, ensuring quality, price‑value alignment, and brand positioning.
• Accountable for category performance, including revenue growth, margin, and full‑price sell‑through.
• Partner with Planning, Marketing, and regional teams to balance global consistency with local relevance.
• Provide in‑season business analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing merchandising team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in merchandising, product merchandising, or related fields.
• Proven track record of driving growth for premium apparel or lifestyle brands.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate consumer insights into product direction.
• Experience leading global, matrixed teams and collaborating across functions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to champion brand narratives.
