Director, Global Loyalty, Platform Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead the development and execution of platform product capabilities for its Global Loyalty business. The role focuses on enhancing existing platforms and delivering new features that meet business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends.

Key responsibilities

• Drive data‑informed product outcomes by monitoring key performance indicators and continuously improving platform performance.
• Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap across one or more platform areas, aligning with broader program objectives.
• Decompose business requirements into well‑defined features, epics, and user stories for Agile delivery.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and UX teams to ensure clear requirements and efficient delivery.
• Apply product management best practices throughout the product lifecycle, including backlog management and product readiness.
• Support go‑to‑market readiness and operational deployment by collaborating with delivery, operations, and servicing teams.
• Champion a user‑centric, data‑driven approach, using customer insights and test‑and‑learn methodologies.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and Voice of Customer channels to identify new product opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, and product readiness processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product features and functional specifications.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including engineering, UX, and operations.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on measuring and improving product performance.
