Director, Global Lead – PI Data Infrastructure & Digital Twin

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a senior practice leader to own and scale its PI Data Infrastructure and Digital Twin delivery practice worldwide. The role combines technical and operational excellence to help industrial customers unlock the full value of real‑time data and digital twin technology.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global PI DI practice strategy, including reference architecture, consulting, estimation and industry‑specific use cases.
• Drive Digital Twin and AI strategic pillars across the PI DI practice.
• Integrate PI Data Infrastructure with the broader AVEVA portfolio (System Platform, AVEVA Connect, Operations Control, Predictive Analytics, AIM).
• Develop pre‑built, verticalized PI AF templates and integration blueprints.
• Meet global service targets, gross margins, utilization metrics and sustainable growth.
• Lead standardized delivery methodologies, quality frameworks and operational KPIs across regions.
• Standardize remote engineering processes, architecture, estimators, templates and Digital Twin libraries.
• Participate in strategic business initiatives and act as a technology enabler for customers.

Required profile

• Proven practice leader with experience scaling global delivery organizations.
• Strong ability to set vision, establish delivery standards and enable sales.
• Track record of developing domain experts and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% and reside within 50 miles of an AVEVA office.
