Director - Distribution & Logistics

About the role

Christy Sports is seeking a Director of Distribution & Logistics to lead its supply chain strategy across seven distribution centers and more than 50 retail locations in the western United States. Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, you will own the end‑to‑end flow of merchandise, from global inbound logistics to final delivery for both in‑store and e‑commerce customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee transportation, omni‑channel distribution network, and product lifecycle operations.
• Manage global inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and cost‑effective movement of goods.
• Collaborate with Merchandise, Planning & Allocations, Stores, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership to align distribution strategies with business goals.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing logistics team, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management at a senior level.
• Deep expertise in Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) and omni‑channel fulfillment.
• Strong track record of managing global inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Ability to partner cross‑functionally with merchandising, finance, and store teams.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, development, and operational excellence.
