Director, Digital Product Management – Personal Lines

About the role

Mapfre is looking for a Director of Digital Product Management for its Personal Lines portfolio. The role will own the end‑to‑end digital acquisition funnel, from lead generation through quote to bind, driving growth while ensuring a superior customer experience. You will shape the digital acquisition strategy by leveraging data, AI‑powered insights, experimentation frameworks and cross‑functional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and transform the acquisition funnel, defining and executing optimization strategies aligned with growth and profitability goals.
• Leverage AI‑driven insights and predictive analytics to identify conversion opportunities and personalize the quote journey.
• Design and continuously improve a best‑in‑class digital quote experience, removing friction across all touchpoints.
• Establish KPIs, performance metrics and experimentation frameworks; run A/B tests and data‑led experiments to boost performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, marketing and analytics—to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor and report on funnel performance, ensuring targets for lead volume, conversion rates and profitability are met.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital product or acquisition management, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Strong track record of driving growth through data‑driven optimization of digital funnels.
• Ability to translate complex data and AI insights into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
