Director, Deal Integration & Value Delivery

About the role

Pwc is seeking a senior leader to drive deal integration and value realization for its clients. The role combines strategic vision, client relationship management and mentorship to ensure successful post‑merger outcomes and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive deal integration strategies that maximise investment value.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand the Deals practice.
• Oversee multiple integration projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery and timely execution.
• Maintain and deepen executive‑level client relationships across the firm.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders within the team.
• Uphold PwC’s standards of quality, integrity, inclusion and commercial excellence.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience at director level or higher in M&A, deal integration or related consulting.
• Strong track record of driving business growth and managing complex client engagements.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to inspire and guide diverse teams.
• Commitment to PwC’s values, professional standards and ethical conduct.
