Director, Corporate Growth

About the role

The Director, Corporate Growth leads the effort to increase unrestricted corporate revenue for Rise Against Hunger by acquiring new corporate partners. This remote position works across the United States and focuses on building sustainable, mission‑aligned revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual corporate acquisition strategy aligned with revenue goals.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective partners; secure introductory meetings and close six‑figure corporate partnerships.
• Cultivate executive‑level relationships and represent the organization at networking events and conferences.
• Maintain a portfolio of 100‑150 prospects, track pipeline health, and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Development Managers, Meal Program leadership, and the Multi‑Site Engagement Team to generate leads and ensure seamless partner onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7‑10 years in business development, corporate fundraising, sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven success securing new six‑figure corporate partnerships.
• Strong prospecting, relationship‑building, negotiation, and pipeline management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.
