About the role

This high‑impact leadership position oversees the full spectrum of financial operations for a fast‑growing business in the United States. You will own financial reporting, planning, and operational finance activities while partnering with operational leaders to drive performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all core financial operations, including accounting, AP/AR, billing, treasury, and month‑end close.
• Manage the monthly close process, ensuring accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance with US GAAP.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition (ASC 606) and lease accounting (ASC 842) across the organization.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning.
• Oversee working capital management, cash flow, liquidity, collections, and payments.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial guidance and improve profitability.
• Coordinate audits, intercompany reconciliations, and tax compliance while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Exposure to ASC 606 revenue recognition and ASC 842 lease accounting preferred.
• Solid understanding of treasury and working capital management in high‑growth environments.
