Director, Client Education & Training

About the role

Finalsite is seeking a Director to lead its Client Education & Training team. In this senior position you will shape the curriculum, delivery, and certification programs that help K‑12 schools adopt Finalsite’s suite of digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a training content roadmap aligned with product releases.
• Create on‑demand and instructor‑led course materials and manage the LMS.
• Lead instructional designers, content developers, and client education specialists, tracking utilization, CSAT, and completion metrics.
• Oversee virtual and onsite training sessions, including regional conferences.
• Establish certification programs and exams for each Finalsite product.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales, and Development to evaluate training effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading education or training teams in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong understanding of K‑12 education workflows and digital product adoption.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence product and client success strategies.
• Leadership mindset focused on client value and first‑impression experiences.
