About the role

The Director of the Center for Business and Professional Development will lead the university’s efforts to provide hands‑on learning experiences, career services, and professional development programs for students and community partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, develop, and manage business and professional development initiatives aligned with the university’s mission.
  • Oversee program delivery, budgeting, and resource allocation for the Center.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to create experiential learning opportunities.
  • Lead and supervise Center staff, ensuring high‑quality service and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor outcomes, assess impact, and report results to university leadership.
