Director - Audience Data Partnerships

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Director to lead Audience Data Partnerships within its Crossix business. The role drives adoption and commercial success of Crossix Audiences products, acting as a market owner and subject‑matter expert for data, methodology and product differentiators.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to map and execute strategic account plans and build strong customer relationships.
• Craft performance narratives using Crossix Measurement data, track changes, and present findings to customers for upsell and increased adoption.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on Crossix data, privacy, competitive landscape and industry trends; train sales and present at industry events.
• Negotiate custom deals, recommend pricing and strategy.
• Address and resolve customer challenges, acting as point of escalation for operational issues.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in the digital ecosystem, preferably at ad‑tech, media companies or agencies.
• Proven client‑facing individual contributor with a track record of managing strategic accounts and revenue expansion.
• Expert data storyteller able to translate complex measurement data into clear business value.
• Consultative sales approach with a commitment to building meaningful relationships.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
