About the role

The Director of Products for Microsoft Security Services will be responsible for the commercial success of Softchoice's Microsoft security portfolio. This senior position shapes strategy, drives revenue, and ensures the offering meets market demand while supporting Softchoice’s overall growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle and performance of Microsoft security services.
• Act as the primary representative of the portfolio to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Microsoft to obtain feedback, support, and co‑development opportunities.
• Develop and execute margin and revenue plans, targeting new customer acquisition and existing client growth.
• Maximize customer retention by ensuring the portfolio delivers continuous value.
• Differentiate Softchoice in the market to increase visibility and demand.
• Support internal teams through governance processes and solution development methodology.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management or commercialization of security solutions.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting margin and revenue targets.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Microsoft partners.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross‑functional teams.
