Diligence Analytics Director – Deals

About the role

As a Diligence Analytics Director within PwC’s Deals practice, you will partner with private‑equity and corporate clients to turn complex data into actionable insights that support multi‑billion‑dollar decisions throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Deal Analytics practice, delivering data‑driven insights across all deal phases.
• Translate large, complex data sets into clear recommendations for investment and post‑deal performance.
• Integrate third‑party and alternative data sources to enrich commercial analysis.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, scaling efficiencies and improving post‑deal outcomes.
• Sponsor team members, fostering their development and long‑term career aspirations.
• Identify market gaps and create value propositions for clients.
• Promote a collaborative environment where people and technology thrive together.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics, inclusion and diversity standards.
• Utilise analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau to enhance visualisation and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Accounting, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics or Finance is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in databases, visualisation tools, cloud platforms or predictive modelling are a plus.
