Digital Project Manager

About the role

Blossom is expanding its product suite for credit unions and needs a Digital Project Manager to lead pilot programs, beta launches, and full‑scale implementations. You will act as the central hub between product, engineering, support, and client teams to ensure smooth rollouts and high‑quality onboarding experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pilot programs and beta launches, validating new features before full deployment.
• Design and implement repeatable, scalable processes for client onboarding and product implementation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, support, clients) to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
• Improve onboarding experience and drive long‑term adoption of new services.
• Identify process gaps, optimize workflows, and document implementation playbooks.
• Support internal teams and clients through change‑management activities during new product adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, integrations, or client onboarding projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional product, engineering, and support teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
