Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Strategist will design, lead, and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns that drive measurable business growth. Working closely with product marketing, content teams, regional marketers and external media agencies, the role translates business priorities into high‑performing digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel digital marketing strategies aligned with product and business objectives.
• Lead campaign planning across paid social, display, account‑based marketing (ABM), paid search and other digital advertising channels.
• Partner with content and web teams to optimise landing pages, conversion paths and customer journeys.
• Translate global campaign strategies into market‑ready activation plans while ensuring regional consistency.
• Continuously optimise audience targeting, creative, budget allocation and performance based on data insights.
• Manage external media agencies, holding them accountable for optimisation recommendations and reporting quality.
• Monitor campaign, website and funnel performance, presenting data‑driven insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing digital advertising and performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Deep expertise in paid social, display advertising, ABM and paid search.
• Experience working with external media agencies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and audience targeting.
