Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Be Strong International is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead its online presence, drive audience engagement and generate qualified leads. The role will manage the company’s website, CRM platforms and digital advertising to support growth across programs and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise the WordPress/Elementor website, including landing pages, forms and registration flows.
• Own HubSpot and GoHighLevel CRM systems, configuring pipelines, workflows and ensuring data quality.
• Implement SEO best practices, optimise content, metadata and site structure, and monitor performance with Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
• Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters and automated sequences to nurture leads.
• Plan, execute and analyse digital ad campaigns across search, social and partner channels.
• Build dashboards and regular reports to track engagement, conversions and key performance indicators.
• Conduct A/B testing of headlines, calls‑to‑action, layouts and funnels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital initiatives with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM management or marketing automation.
• Strong writing ability and solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress and Elementor.
