Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Singapore Airlines Americas is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing Team in El Segundo, CA. The role will design and execute digital marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and drive online sales for the airline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies supporting retail and brand initiatives.
• Manage campaigns from ideation through implementation, optimization, and reporting.
• Lead programmatic and direct‑buy efforts across display, video, and mobile channels.
• Communicate campaign goals and results to the marketing team and senior leadership.
• Troubleshoot issues throughout the campaign lifecycle and ensure smooth delivery across stakeholders.
• Build a deep understanding of the travel distribution landscape and online travel environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience in a retail or brand‑marketing role.
• Hands‑on experience with media planning, buying, brief development, and proposal evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of digital performance metrics and measurement, preferably using Google Analytics.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to meet targets and deadlines.
