About the role

Strike Marketing, a leading agency in Houston’s historic Heights neighborhood, is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to execute paid media campaigns for a diverse client roster that includes global entertainment brands and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and maintain paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other digital advertising platforms.
• Translate briefs, media plans, creative assets, budgets and timelines into live campaigns.
• Review all campaign elements before launch, including creative, copy, URLs, UTMs, targeting, budgets, flight dates and conversion settings.
• Monitor delivery, pacing and performance, identifying optimization opportunities and troubleshooting issues.
• Assist with campaign optimizations based on platform learnings and client feedback.
• Generate reporting and analytics deliverables, extracting insights and recommendations.
• Maintain organized documentation, naming conventions and QA notes.
• Support the digital department by exploring AI tools and improving reporting workflows.
