Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution across paid, organic, and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
• Plan and execute SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation, backlink building and performance tracking.
• Create and oversee social media calendars, content production and community engagement.
• Design email marketing flows, newsletters and lead‑nurturing sequences.
• Monitor traffic, conversion rates and ROI using analytics tools and produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with content, design, sales and business development teams to support cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital, performance or online campaign management.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
