Digital Marketing Specialist – Home Builder Division

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will create, manage, and optimize digital content and campaigns that support the marketing initiatives of D.R. Horton's home builder division. This role blends content creation, social media management, SEO, email marketing, and analytics to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, and maintain content across social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Keep corporate websites updated with fresh, relevant, and engaging content.
• Report on growth, analytics, and performance of social media and email marketing initiatives.
• Train division users on best practices and updates to email marketing platforms.
• Write and review web‑based marketing copy, ensuring correct grammar and an active tone.
• Develop SEO‑friendly website content and support SEM efforts.
• Design and launch targeted email campaigns, using analytics to refine processes.
• Utilize Google Analytics to monitor site metrics and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate CRM data integrity, recommend enhancements, and train new sales personnel.
• Coordinate video production, participate in pre‑production planning, and manage vendor relationships.
