Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Yooz, a SaaS provider that automates invoice processing for finance teams, is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate North American digital performance. You will own the day‑to‑day execution of digital campaigns, collaborate with global experts, and ensure that initiatives align with the region’s go‑to‑market goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, develop, manage, and optimize campaign performance across SEO, SEA, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels.
• Build and deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Identify new channels, formats, and platforms worth testing and monitor US B2B SaaS market trends.
• Serve as the liaison between North American marketing stakeholders and global digital specialists, translating business goals into high‑quality campaigns.
• Coordinate with local digital partners and third‑party agencies, providing consistent performance updates.
• Drive website development, monitor conversion, UX, and user behavior, and implement optimizations such as A/B tests and UX audits.
• Ensure consistency between EMEA and North American web pages and contribute to technical website optimization projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with strong full‑funnel thinking.
• Deep expertise across SEM, SEO, Paid Social, and Programmatic advertising.
• Proven project‑management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing and updating websites, with hands‑on CMS experience (WordPress a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical mindset, and a continuous‑improvement approach.
• Solid understanding of the US B2B SaaS market, especially selling to CFOs and senior finance leaders; knowledge of AP automation and finance technology is a plus.
