About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the evolution of Browne’s digital presence across owned media, ensuring brand consistency and driving engagement through social, email, and website channels.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Director to execute the digital strategy across social media, email, and website.
- Manage day‑to‑day workflows for owned media, aligning communications with brand voice and business objectives.
- Oversee copy creation, ensuring tone, messaging, and brand accuracy across all digital touchpoints.
- Develop creative briefs, coordinate timelines, approvals, translations, assets, and deliverables across regions.
- Build, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns for multiple markets and languages.
- Maintain the seasonal digital marketing calendar in collaboration with merchandising, buying, and cross‑functional teams.
- Support the growth of the brand’s social media presence through strategic planning and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams, copywriters, and external agencies to execute campaigns.
- Produce monthly performance reports by consolidating data from global teams.
- Mentor one direct report and foster a collaborative team environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital, brand marketing, or communications, preferably in luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or a creative agency.
- Proven ability to manage social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, and content workflows.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a clear understanding of brand voice.
- Awareness of luxury fashion trends, creative culture, and competitive market dynamics.
- Highly organized with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
