Digital Marketing Assistant (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing construction company as a part‑time Digital Marketing Assistant. You will support the marketing team by planning, executing, documenting and measuring initiatives that boost brand awareness, attract talent and aid business development. This role is ideal for candidates with digital marketing experience or students in related programs seeking hands‑on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support email campaigns, job board postings, website updates and other digital initiatives.
• Create, schedule and manage social‑media content that showcases company events, job sites and completed projects.
• Assist with logistics, material preparation and branding for company‑hosted and partner events.
• Attend events, job sites and construction projects to document and promote the brand.
• Capture high‑quality photos and short‑form videos; conduct interviews with employees, trade professionals and partners.
• Represent the brand professionally while interacting with employees, partners, clients and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; college students in digital media, marketing or communications are strongly encouraged.
• Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing and social‑media marketing preferred.
• Willingness to attend company and partner events, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to take compelling photos and basic video using mobile devices or cameras.
• Comfortable interviewing internal staff, trade professionals and leadership with a professional demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms; experience with content tools, design software or analytics platforms is a plus.
