Digital Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of our digital campaigns. You will analyse performance data across channels, surface insights, and help the team improve engagement and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse digital campaign performance across SEO, SEM, social, email and paid media.
• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics and customer behaviour.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Support A/B testing, competitor research and market analysis.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
• Maintain accurate marketing data and performance records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics or business analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
