Digital Marketer

About the role

Start Health is an independent health‑coverage provider seeking a Digital Marketer to help build its brand and connect consumers with affordable, flexible healthcare solutions. The role is ideal for a self‑motivated, creative professional who can translate the company’s mission into compelling content and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social networks.
• Design and execute email marketing programmes, including nurture sequences and promotional sends.
• Create clear, consumer‑focused content that simplifies health‑insurance concepts.
• Update website copy, assist with design and UX improvements using basic CMS tools.
• Produce short‑form video assets for ads, social feeds and educational purposes.
• Develop sales collateral such as one‑pagers, brochures and presentations for the member support team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Self‑starter able to juggle multiple projects in a small team.
• Strong copywriting ability to break down complex topics.
• Interest in health‑insurance or financial‑product markets is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads).
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot.
• Basic web/CMS knowledge and an eye for design.
• Ability to create or edit short‑form video content.
