Digital Manufacturing Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Digital Manufacturing Manager to help clients optimise product development and manufacturing processes. The role combines operations consulting with deep expertise in lean manufacturing, supply‑chain integration and digital technologies to drive speed‑to‑market, cost reduction and quality improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and operational challenges across product development lifecycles.
• Identify bottlenecks and design strategies to accelerate time‑to‑market while reducing costs.
• Lead implementation of lean manufacturing principles and digital technology solutions.
• Optimise supply‑chain integration and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan, budget, execute and deliver projects, ensuring quality, timelines and client expectations are met.
• Coach, mentor and manage performance of team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Uphold PwC’s professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, preferably in operations or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and mentoring skills.
