Digital & IT Automation Expert

About the role

As a Digital & IT Automation Expert you will help transform how work gets done across Nestlé USA by designing and delivering automation and AI‑powered solutions that simplify processes, improve decision‑making and drive efficiency. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape solutions and champion adoption of intelligent agents and end‑to‑end automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver automation and AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, Power Platform and RPA tools, ensuring reusability and scalability.
• Translate complex business needs into well‑architected technical solutions incorporating workflow logic, integrations and automation design patterns.
• Lead the delivery lifecycle, monitor performance and continuously improve solutions based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Scan the technology landscape for new tools and approaches, introducing ideas that fundamentally improve process operations.
• Establish best practices for automation and AI usage, guiding teams on design, adoption and scaling.
• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant and governed with appropriate controls and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in process automation, digital transformation or technology delivery.
• 2+ years applying AI‑enabled automation such as intelligent agents, NLP or GenAI‑assisted workflows.
