Digital Graphic Designer

About the role

The American Red Cross is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets that support its mission of saving lives and strengthening communities. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States while collaborating with a diverse team of marketers and communicators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complex creative concepts and designs for marketing collateral, digital and social advertising.
• Produce high‑quality graphics for email campaigns, banner ads, posters, flyers, direct mail, digital invitations, e‑books, interactive brochures, and newsletters.
• Create presentation materials that clearly communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with project team members, vendors, and external consultants to meet client expectations.
• Stay current with design trends, color theory, technology, and industry influences to deliver innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Individual contributor capable of working under limited supervision.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both direct‑to‑consumer and B2B marketing design.
• Ability to solve complex design challenges while maintaining brand consistency.
