Digital Giving Officer

About the role

The Digital Giving Officer joins the Leadership Gifts & Development team to drive a digital fundraising strategy that strengthens the I Am WT brand. You will create engaging digital experiences for donors and use data‑driven insights to grow giving across online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage online giving platforms and develop a digital solicitation strategy using social media and crowd‑funding tactics.
• Create email and social media content for the I Am WT brand and oversee digital ads and campaigns supporting annual giving.
• Analyze performance metrics of digital campaigns and recommend strategic improvements.
• Develop and execute digital stewardship plans for current donors.
• Perform outbound outreach to solicit new gifts, renewals, and upgrades through personalized digital communication.
• Maintain compliance with required training and university policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in development, communications, public relations, social media, marketing, or sales.
• Strong written communication, editing, and persuasive writing abilities.
• Experience working with interactive web applications and creating content for social platforms.
