Digital Engineering Consultant (PLM Implementation) Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Digital Engineering Consultant (PLM Implementation) Manager to lead the optimisation of product development processes for our clients. You will work within the Operations Consulting practice, analysing lifecycles, identifying bottlenecks and delivering strategies that accelerate time‑to‑market while reducing cost and improving quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
• Analyse product development lifecycles to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose improvement plans.
• Develop operational strategies that streamline processes and boost productivity.
• Guide teams in applying lean manufacturing principles and integrating supply‑chain functions.
• Leverage digital technologies and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance manufacturing performance.
• Coach junior staff, manage performance and ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market‑trend analyses to inform product strategy.
• Maintain compliance with PwC’s professional standards and code of conduct.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, operations or consulting.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage project budgets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
