Digital Developer

About the role

The Digital Developer will design, code, test, and analyze software applications that support Kuvare’s retirement‑focused financial products. You will work across the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring high‑quality, user‑friendly solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist developers, analysts, designers, and project managers in conceptualising new software programs.
• Participate in planning phases of the software development life cycle for various projects.
• Research emerging development tools, languages, and standards to inform procurement and development decisions.
• Write, translate, and code software applications according to specifications.
• Run performance tests, debug issues, and generate reports on test results.
• Create and maintain user manuals, guidelines, and installation procedures.
• Modify programming scripts to enhance website functionality and related web applications.
• Collaborate with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to resolve software problems.
• Collect and evaluate user requirements to design intuitive UI/UX interfaces.

Required profile

• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, analysts, and designers.
• Experience conducting software testing, debugging, and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing test results and proposing improvements.
• Familiarity with documenting software requirements and user guides.
