About the role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Editor to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will use your expert writing and editing abilities to create tasks for the models, assess their outputs, and guide enhancements that boost accuracy and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing assignments to AI chatbots.
- Evaluate the generated content for correctness, relevance, and brand voice.
- Measure progress of AI models and report findings.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues to improve model quality.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
- A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
