About the role

Join PwC’s Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) team in Miami for a summer internship focused on digital audit practices. You will support audit teams, gain exposure to cloud‑based assurance tools, and develop a foundational understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist audit teams with the execution of digital assurance tasks.
• Conduct basic research and data analysis to support audit projects.
• Help evaluate internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with team members to apply compliance and governance standards.
• Develop a foundational understanding of cloud engineering and its role in audit processes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer & Information Science, or Information Technology.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam or meet CISA licensure educational requirements before full‑time employment.
• Typically a third‑year student in a four‑year program or fourth‑year student in a five‑year program.
