Digital Assurance & Transparency Internship – Fall 2027

About the role

Join PwC’s Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) team in Dallas for a Fall 2027 internship. You will work alongside experienced auditors, gaining hands‑on exposure to digital assurance, cloud‑based audit solutions, and AI‑driven analytics while supporting real client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Support audit teams in financial assessments and compliance evaluations.
• Assist in developing and deploying cloud engineering solutions for audit processes.
• Utilize artificial intelligence platforms to streamline audit tasks.
• Contribute to data‑quality validation and integrity checks.
• Collaborate with team members on compliance auditing techniques.
• Gather and analyse information to identify patterns and support decision‑making.
• Observe and learn from senior auditors to understand industry best practices.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, Business Analytics, Computer & Information Science, or IT.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam or meet CISA licensure requirements before full‑time employment.
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.
