About the role

Join PwC’s Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) team in Los Angeles as a Summer 2028 intern. You will work alongside experienced auditors, supporting projects that enhance financial reporting transparency and compliance while gaining exposure to cutting‑edge cloud and AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist audit teams in conducting financial assessments and evaluations.
• Support the application of auditing methodologies to improve transparency and regulatory compliance.
• Help deploy cloud engineering solutions that streamline audit processes.
• Collaborate with teams using artificial‑intelligence platforms to increase audit accuracy.
• Conduct research to back audit findings and recommendations.
• Engage in compliance auditing to verify adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, Business Analytics, Computer & Information Science, or IT.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (3.5 preferred).
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam or meet CISA licensure requirements before full‑time employment.
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of cloud engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with artificial‑intelligence platforms for data analysis.
