Digital Assurance & Transparency Intern – Fall 2027

About the role

Join PwC's Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) team in Houston as a Fall 2027 intern. You will work in a dynamic learning environment, supporting audit engagements and gaining hands‑on experience with PwC’s assurance methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support audit teams in independent evaluations of financial reporting.
• Participate in applying auditing methodologies to assess regulatory compliance.
• Assist in preparing and analysing financial data to uphold transparency.
• Conduct basic research tasks and gather information from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance decision‑making processes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer & Information Science, or Information Technology.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam or meet CISA licensure requirements before full‑time employment.
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.
