Digital Assets Assurance Manager – Banking & Capital Markets

About the role

As a BCM – Assurance – Digital Assets Manager, you will provide independent assessments of financial statements and internal controls for banking and capital markets clients. You will focus on compliance with regulations, governance, and risk‑management processes, delivering reliable information to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial‑statement audits to evaluate regulatory compliance and assess governance and risk‑management processes.
• Manage client relationships and expectations while delivering audit services in the banking and capital‑markets sector.
• Apply auditing methodologies and financial‑reporting standards to enhance the credibility of financial statements.
• Develop and mentor team members, leveraging their strengths to improve performance.
• Analyze financial trends and data to identify process‑improvement and risk‑mitigation opportunities.
• Implement data‑analysis and visualization techniques to support audit findings and recommendations.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of audit projects to meet client service expectations.
• Collaborate with team leadership to maintain quality and meet delivery timelines.
• Address conflicts and conduct difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders.
• Uphold professional standards, ensuring compliance with GAAP and GAAS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting).
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Active CPA license (or equivalent qualification).
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
