About the role
The Digital Analytics Analyst will analyze complex data sets to enhance business strategy, create automated reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to align performance metrics and address risk issues.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze complex data to improve business strategy.
- Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Tableau.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Work cross‑functionally to align on performance levers and data needs.
- Quickly escalate and resolve customer‑impacting or risk issues.
Required profile
- Financial Services experience (must).
- US citizenship or permanent residency (USC/GC/GC‑EAD); local candidates only.
- Strong communication and ability to present insights.

- Tableau
- SQL
- Snowflake (cloud data warehouse)
- Python
- SAS
