Digital Advertising Specialist

About the role

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop audience targeting, campaign structures, budgets and testing plans.
• Monitor performance, identify optimisation opportunities and improve conversions.
• Test ad creative, messaging, audiences and landing pages to boost results.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create effective advertising assets.
• Track conversions, ROAS and prepare performance reports for clients.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, paid media or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, bidding and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing budgets and optimising campaigns against business goals.
• Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into clear actions.
• Ability to present performance findings and recommendations to clients.
