Diesel Mechanic – Full‑Time

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to join its Neenah, WI Service Center. The role involves maintaining and repairing the company’s fleet of Class 8 trucks, trailers, and related equipment on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor to major repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
• Service Class 8 trucks, trailers, forklifts, overhead doors, lift gates, and dollies.
• Diagnose and repair air‑conditioning and electrical issues.
• Utilize Cetaris for work order management.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to company safety standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience preferred.
• Experience with Cummins and Detroit engines.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and possess personal tools.
• Class A CDL holder is a plus.
